About me

Gail Mayer is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for improving people's lives through good nutrition. With a strong background in scientific research, Gail uses the most up-to-date scientific evidence to create eating plans for her clients which are customized to their lifestyle and goals as well as their medical conditions. She can work with you to design a meal plan that's easy, delicious, and helps you accomplish your health and wellness goals. Gail will provide you with the education and tools to succeed in harnessing the power of food to achieve the most optimal health possible.

My Philosophy

First, I believe knowledge is power. Educating my clients about how nutrition affects their health is my priority. Secondly, I will work with you to develop a personalized meal plan to help you achieve your health goals. Whether your goal is weight loss or weight gain, avoiding or reducing medication for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes, recovery from chronic illness, improving your mobility, or finding the optimal diet for your family, I will help you achieve all of that and more. I specialize in preventing and reversing chronic disease, including Type 2 diabetes, Pre-diabetes, High cholesterol, Heart attack, Heart disease, Stroke, Cancer, Autoimmune disease, Rheumatoid arthritis, Dementia and alzheimer's.
